Would you rather attend a 2-hour event and learn a bunch of things or a 15-minute laser-focused session and get the remaining time to implement what you’ve just learned?
One of my core values is to keep things simple.
But I have to admit that it felt uncomfortable to deliver the second session on outlining a course in just 15 minutes.
The first session was 25 minutes just because we had 2 light sessions in 1.
The third – 15 minutes.
This feeling came from thinking that maybe it’s best to fit in and do what everyone else is doing. But that’s no longer my style. So, I quickly snapped out of it.
Because I know that keeping things simple, non-overwhelming helps my clients get better results.
They learn.
They are clear on what they have to do.
They have space to implement.
And they can carry on with their day.
We’re all busy, right? And yes, it’s cool to hang out for hours too but what if we left the hour-long sessions for networking events, brainstorming, and co-working sessions?
It’s like a breath of fresh air to keep things simple.
